Terms & Conditions

In plain English: Use WanderSave fairly and responsibly. Content you save belongs to its original creators — WanderSave is a personal organisation tool, not a platform for republishing others' content.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WanderSave application ("App") or any related website or service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and WanderSave Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Your account

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account

• Notify us immediately at support@wandersave.app if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account

• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

4. The Service

WanderSave is a personal travel organisation app. It lets you discover places through social media, import that content into the app, and organise it into structured collections by city and country — building a private library of travel inspiration you can return to when planning trips. The Service is a personal organisational tool; content you save is stored in your private account.

Nature of imported content

WanderSave enables you to import content from third-party social media platforms (such as Instagram posts and reels) into your personal library. You acknowledge that:

• All imported content remains subject to the terms of service and intellectual property rights of the originating platform and the original creator

• WanderSave does not grant you any rights to third-party content beyond those you already hold under the originating platform's terms

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any imported content is lawful and compliant with the originating platform's terms

• WanderSave is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform

5. Subscriptions and payments

Free plan

WanderSave offers a free tier with access to core features. The features available on the free tier may change at our reasonable discretion with prior notice to users.

Paid subscriptions

We may offer premium plans that unlock additional features. Where applicable:

• Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, managed via RevenueCat

• Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and may vary by region and currency

• Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle shown at purchase unless cancelled before the renewal date

• You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.

• We do not collect or store your payment card details

Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. Purchases through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy. We do not control refund decisions made by Apple or Google. If you have a billing concern not addressed by those policies, please contact us at support@wandersave.app and we will do our best to assist.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

• Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party, including the original creators of content you import

• Reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display imported content in a way that violates the rights of the original creator or the originating platform's terms

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, extract, or interact with the Service

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App

• Store or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the networks connected to it

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

7. User content

You may create content within the Service — including collection names, personal notes, and annotations attached to saved places ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant WanderSave a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and reproduce that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.

Imported content. Content imported from social media platforms is not "User Content" under these Terms — it belongs to the original creator and/or the originating platform. WanderSave stores it solely as a personal reference for your private use.

8. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including the WanderSave name, logo, software, design, and content we create — are owned by WanderSave Ltd or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use our intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Service as intended.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that imported content will remain accessible, or that the Service will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.

We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of content on third-party social media platforms, or for any changes those platforms make to their APIs, terms, or content policies that may affect the functionality of WanderSave.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WanderSave Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including loss of saved content or changes made by third-party platforms affecting previously saved posts.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or £50 if you have not made any payment to us.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WanderSave Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your misuse of third-party content saved through the Service.

12. Third-party platforms and links

The Service interacts with third-party social media platforms and may contain links to external websites. We have no control over those platforms' content, terms, or practices and accept no responsibility for them. Changes those platforms make to their services or APIs may affect WanderSave's functionality, and we are not liable for any resulting loss of features or access to previously saved content.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 15 survive termination.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally before initiating legal proceedings.

16. General provisions

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WanderSave Ltd regarding the Service.

• Severability. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

• Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

• Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
